Delta oxygen rules at a glance

NoticeRequest approval at least 48 hours before a domestic flight, or 72 hours before an international one.
PaperworkDelta asks for a Physician’s Statement, which is submitted to its oxygen partner, OxygenToGo, for review.
BatteriesCarry enough batteries for 150% of your gate-to-gate time. Delta doesn’t provide onboard power for medical devices.
SeatingTravelers using a POC can’t sit in an exit row or bulkhead seat.
PackingPack spare batteries so the terminals are protected from short circuits.
FeesYour concentrator doesn’t count toward your carry-on limit.
