Was very interested in Inogen One G2 until today. A dealer who sold them told me to stay away from Inogen as they had issues with their batteries. Dealer said he couldn’t even get replacement batteries from the company. Consequently, he is no longer going to be a dealer for Inogen. He further said there is no reason to believe that the batteries in the G2 would be any better or the service for replacement batteries would improve.

My 43 year-old daughter was prescribed Chantix about two months ago to help her quit cigarette smoking. She became depressed, began having physical problems (such as severe constipation), developed personality changes (for example – began telling her son that she did not like him), became reclusive and almost completely stopped communicating with her family.

Two weeks ago (July 5, 2010) she was alone, driving her personal car, ran off the road into a ditch, hit a tree and was killed. She was not wearing her seat belt – which was very unlike her (she was a police officer).

Just a week before her accident, I had tried to talk her into quitting Chantix because I suspected that it may have been causing her problems. She asked her doctor to take her off the medicine, but she said that he told her that it would have to be gradually reduced. A day or so before the accident I believe she began reducing the dosage by half.

My daughter was a single mother with two children. She was my only child. I believe that she would be alive today if she had not been taking Chantix.

I am using an Airsep Freestyle concentrator 15 VDC/4.0 Max.prescribed by my Doctor for my COPD emphasima.

The machine has a sensor warning buzzer that goes on after a short time in use. Is there away it can be adjusted for continuous flow rather than on demand.

Does it just need servicing? It is very inconvenient to use due to buzzing all the time.

Question?

Do these oxygen concentrators really work well?

I just got my oxygen perscription.
I am a chemically allergic patient.

I have not been able to handle the jet fuel or charcoal filters as of yet.

My doctor wants me to try a flight with oxygen.

Is this allowed on Continental Flights?

What type of a Sequel machine is it?
